​EGREEN project was disseminated during the Networking workshop of Erasmus+ project “DESIRE” for Southern Universities and Stakeholders in Jordan. The workshop was conducted in Aqaba campus of the University of Jordan in the south.

DESIRE and EGREEN projects have many similarities in their objectives, and supported each other.

DESIRE team invited universities from the southern region of Jordan to attend a dissemination session of the outcomes of project in an attempt to involve them in the post-project era and have these universities incorporate the created modules to their curricula.

Prof. Ahmad Al-Salaymeh (UJ) delivered a presentation about Health, Well-being and Environmental Quality. Also Prof. Al-Salaymeh talked about Climate Effects, Environmental Management, and Sustainable Development.

In addition, Professor Osama Abu-Zaid from the University of Jordan (UJ) delivered a presentation about Economics of Renewable Energy Systems.

Moreover; Dr. Osama Ayyadi (UJ) delivered a presentation about Technological Innovation of Renewable Energy Systems with a focus on Energy Storage. ​ ​
