In order to consolidate the culture of quality and excellence, the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Centre organised a training workshop entitled:
"The course of leading change in accordance with the Jordanian government excellence model"
Presented by Associate Muntha Jabarat, Head of the Strategic Planning Division for 5 hours divided into two days 29/09/2025 & 05/10/2025 AD.
The workshop was attended by Prof. Dr. Director of the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Centre, fellow assistants of the Director, in addition to colleagues working at the centre.
This workshop aims to: identify the concepts of change management in addition to introducing some models and theories of organisational change. It also aims to learn strategies for dealing with change and acquiring the skills to develop change management plans that meet the requirements of the Jordanian Excellence Model.
