Objectives
• Participating in developing a comprehensive strategy to ensure the quality of academic programs at the university, based on the presence of internal quality assurance standards that consider both local and global standards. • Contributing to disseminating and embedding a culture of quality among all university staff and reinforcing concepts of development, excellence and sustainable development. • Contributing to the university's strategic planning, the process of preparing the strategic plan, and following up on the preparation, implementation and evaluation of the executive plans for all academic and administrative entities of the university. • Participating in the development of academic plans and programs to ensure their alignment with accreditation standards and local quality assurance when establishing academic programs. • Interacting and collaborating with local community institutions on accreditation and quality assurance issues. • Participating in developing the academic and research capabilities and skills for faculty members. • Measuring and analyzing stakeholder's needs and satisfaction and continuously striving for improvement and development. • Preparing periodical reports on the university's performance, and suggesting necessary decisions or procedures for continuous improvement and development.
