Measuring student satisfaction is one of the inputs to the university assessment process, it provides an overview of the picture that students have formed about the university during their study.
Within the framework of achieving the vision and objectives of the University of Jordan, achieving the standards of international accreditation bodies, developing and evaluating the services of the University, the report reflects the satisfaction of graduating students in order to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement in the following areas:
1. Support and guidance in schools
2. Educational process
3. Student services and activities
The mechanism used to measure student satisfaction: A questionnaire prepared by Accreditation and Quality Assurance Center and computerized by Computer Center, available on the university website.
