The  participants in the program are evaluated  by a specialized committee from academics and experts from industry in various fields , the evaluation process is confidential, where each participant is given a serial number different from any other participant from the beginning of the cycle and kept it to himself for the purposes of evaluation and dissemination of results at the end of the cycle, where no one  knows this number except the participant himself, the evaluation process is conducted according to standards and models supported with the program.
