About me:
I am a Professor (as of June 2021) in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Jordan. Internationally, since August 2019, I have also been with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, the Ohio State University in Columbus, where I work as a Visiting Associate Professor.
My research interests include topics in optimization theory, applications, and algorithms with an emphasis on interior-point methods for conic optimization. I am currently advising the Ph.D. students: Hadjer Alioui, Karima Tamssaouete, Asma Gafour, Amira Oulha, and Lilia Benakkouche.
