Phase I: Development of the Cerebral Palsy Registry	8/1/2017	The Cerebral Palsy Registry in Jordan (CPUP- Jordan) is a confidential, population-based collection of information about people with cerebral palsy in Jordan. The information is held in a secure database and is non-identifiable. This will be the first national registry in Jordan and in the Middle East for people with cerebral palsy.
