The University of Jordan has set the first date of July to receive applications for the best PhD thesis for the city of Jerusalem, and ends on the first of October this year.
The Prize Committee, which will be awarded every two years, will recognize the prize fields for this time: Political Science, Law, History, Archeology, Arts and Architecture. All PhD students from all universities recognized by the University of Jordan will be eligible to participate in the award. From the date of commencement of applications for the award.
The prize is based on a set of criteria, the most important of which is the scientific methodology in writing letters and their subjectivity, the adoption of scientific documentation, the concern about the originality of sources, the modernity of the references and their comprehensiveness, and the attention to the accuracy and integrity of the language, whether the language of the Arabic or English message or any other language approved by the Prize Committee, On the analysis, as well as the ability of the thesis to add to the field of study and to knowledge.
The letters submitted to participate in the award will be subject to arbitration by a number of specialized faculty members, and the winner will be awarded a sum of ten thousand Jordanian Dinars with a certificate of appreciation confirming his winning the prize.
