​An online training workshop for both Syrian and Jordanian students was held during the period from September 16 – 11, 2020 to sustain EGREEN outcomes, achieve the multiplication effect and to overcome the effects of COVID 19 which prevented the Syrian students to join the training in Jordan.

The training workshop was conducted with the coordination and approval of all EGREEN partners, although it was beyond the eligibility period of the project.

The trainers were staff members from all partner universities in addition to invited speakers from Association of Energy Engineers- AEE.

The workshop focused on many emerging topics in Water Engineering, Climate change, Renewable energy and Environmental Engineering.

More than 100 students have attended the workshop. A very positive feedback was received from students and staff about the workshop; this was through oral feedback and via answering the prepared evaluation survey.
