Description:

• WP4 aims to build the capacities of professors who will teach the diploma in partner universities on different topics of Cosmetology, modern teaching methodologies, and how to actively collaborate with enterprises.
• A long-term capacity building plan will be prepared early in the The plan will specifically elaborate the arrangement of training sessions to be done through the project.
• Three capacity building training workshops will be organized and conducted by the EU partners (UNIOS,). Each workshop will be evaluated and assessed in accordance with the quality plan. A report documenting each workshop will be prepared by the hosting partner.
• Training materials to be given through training workshops will be developed by the EU Material will cover knowledge areas and program subjects of the field of Cosmetology as approved in Task T3.2. Training material will include, but not limited to, learning activities, exercises, examples, and case studies. Additionally, training goals, learning objectives, learning methods/activities, documentation/ evidence of learning will be specified for each training workshop.
