​On August 24, 2023, Al Hussein Technical University (HTU), hosted the visit where 27 participants from the Faculty of Engineering attended. The RWTH-AACHEN team gave lectures on battery technology, featuring talks by Dr. Florian Ringbeck on "Current and Next Generation Battery Systems" and Dr. Stephan Bihn on "Bottom-Up Modelling of Batteries."

A tour of the labs and workshops at the campus took place after the lectures.
