​A meeting has been conducted with the president of the Technical Vocational Skills Development Commission (TVSDC) Prof. Qais Alsafasfeh​ to discuss the implementation of ECO-CAR Diploma in Jordan and its role in developing manpower with vocational and technical experience and skills, that meets the needs of the labour market, and capable to participate in entrepreneurial projects. 

TVSDC plays a critical role in motivating the Jordanian youth to be enrolled in the TVET sector, contribute to job creation, consolidate the concept of entrepreneurship, solve the problems of poverty and unemployment, and contribute to economic growth.
