The Project Steering Committee, which is leading the project, comprised representatives of partners from Universita Degli Studi Di Roma La Sapienza, Technische Universitaet Hamburg-Harburg, University of Cyprus, The University of Jordan, Lebanese University, American University of Beirut, Helwan University, and Jordan University of Science and Technology. 

The meeting aimed to present and discuss mainly the conducted surveys results, achieved progress at each partner university, courses development within the project. An updated action plan for the implementation was released.
