The meeting had 43 participants from the participated European and Jordanian partners in the project, in addition to the Erasmus+ officer from the national office in Jordan. 

This meeting focused on the project work packages and their overall plan. Each WP leader presented their work package related with its tasks and scheduling. After each WP presentation, there was a discussion panel. 

At the end of the meeting, the project committees were assigned, which are:
- Steering Committee

- Scientific Committee 

- Quality Committee 

- Dissemination Committee​​
